Custom Basement Given the SCC Electrical "Works"
The property owners for this basement asked SCC Electrical to give it a variety of lights, lots of sound and plenty of room to grow. As always, we provided an honest and fair price and happily started transforming the floor plan drawing into reality. When the project was completed and given a two-thumbs up by the owners, SCC Electrical expertly installed the following:
Recessed Lighting - six & four inch "cans" with decorative dimmers
Standard ceiling mounted light fixtures with dimmer control switch
Wet bar recessed lighting and GFCI outlet for wet bar (duplex receptacle)
In-ceiling reading lights for main guest bedroom
Bright utility room closet light for convenience in furnace maintenance
Hallway wall sconce, wet bar wall sconces and bedroom wall sconces
Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter - GFCI outlet for refrigerator
GFCI protected duplex receptacle in bathroom
Recessed shower and bath light with frosted glass safety cover
High volume, whisper quiet ventilation fan in bathroom
Custom mounted vanity light above bathroom sink
Dedicated electrical circuit for the home theater system
Clean power circuit for home office computer system and peripherals
Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter - AFCI protected circuits for all bedrooms
Interconnected smoke and fire alarms in main area and bedrooms
Additional electrical outlets in the utility closet for housekeeping

Outside mounted high definition over-the-air antenna with ground wire
Basement controlled fluorescent flood lighting for backyard
