4. Definitive Prohibited Uses.

All features of sccelectrical.com may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking electrical estimates and electrical-related information. SCC visitor forums may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals to network for personal or professional purposes with other like individuals.
The Company specifically prohibits any other use of sccelectrical.com, and all Users agree not to do any of the following: (1) post any jobs on any SCC Web site for any competitor of SCC or posting jobs or other content that contains links to any Web site competitive with SCC; (2) post jobs or content on any SCC Web site that contain any hyperlinks, "hidden" keywords or any keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading contained in a job posting are prohibited; post jobs for any occupation, (3) create links for the purposes of  posting jobs for any occupational positions on any SCC Web site; (4) use any SCC Web site for any purpose other than as an employee/employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using the information in the forums to sell or promote any products or services; (5) use SCC forums for commercial recruitment (6) post or submit to any SCC Web site any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own; (7) post on any SCC Web site any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement. (8) send unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a user of any SCC Web site; (9) delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity; (10) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any SCC Web site's server(s); (11) notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, virtual dimensional images or intelligent agents) to navigate or search any SCC Web site other than the search engine and search agents available from the Company on such SCC Web site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Firefox, Microsoft Explorer); (12) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of any SCC Web site; (13) aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the SCC Content or information available from any SCC Web site or link to any of SCC Content or information available from any SCC Web site.

5. Terms. Registration and Password.

If the login feature is available on sccelectrical.com, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your Web site registrations, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account passwords.

6. Identification Of Agent To Receive Notification And Elements Of Notification Of Claimed Copyright Infringement.

SCC Forum provides a venue for individuals to network for informational purposes and SCC does not screen or censor the SCC Forum User Content on sccelectrical.com. The Company is not involved in the actual communications between SCC Forum Users. As a result, the Company has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the SCC Forum Profiles or User Content submitted on sccelectrical.com and makes no representations about any SCC Forum Profile or User Content on sccelectrical.com.

ALL ANY CLAIMS MUST BE PRESENTED TO SCC FOR RESOLUTION AND WILL BE SETTLED IN THE COUNTY OF EL PASO, COLORADO, AND CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO.

12. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use.

13. Indemnity.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any SCC Web site, your use of any SCC Content, or your breach of the terms of these Terms of Use. The Company shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

14. General.

The Company makes no claims that the SCC Content may be lawfully viewed or accessed outside of the United States.
